In Southeast Texas, in the heart of the area known as the "Big Thicket", known for the national nature preserve of the same name and oil fields that ushered in the Texas Oil Industry in the early 1900's.  Due to such oil fields and the complex and diverse land titles it created, title research should be done through an established and respected sovereignty title plant.
